The CanDo® Handle for Wrist and Forearm Exerciser is used to improve range of motion and strength. Good for physical therapy, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Suitable for the gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.
This unique exerciser allows for rehabilitation of wrists and forearms through repetitive functional movement. Handle should be used together with the semi-sphere to perform various exercises such as flexion/extension, pronation/supination, and ulnar/radial deviation. It is perfect for patients who are starting their therapy/rehabilitation since it takes very little effort or physical strength to use. All are color-coded to match the appropriate exercise ball: X-Small – Black, Medium – Green, and X-Large – Yellow.
