The Exel Huber Needles Non-Coring Straight is designed to eliminate the pain that patients feel when doctors, nurses or other healthcare staffs prick the needle to their skin.

It is possible since the needle’s tip parts the plug rather than coring or cutting the silicon septum of injection site or the vascular access port. Besides, these needles have their heels sandblasted in an effort to minimize coring while deflecting the point or tip of the needle to reduce contact with the media or tissue.

This is exactly why patients aren’t feeling anything when healthcare professionals inject the needle to their body.

Additional features:

Non-Coring – patients feel little-to-no pain at all as the needle is injected into their body.

Non-DEHP – DEHP or di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate can produce negative effects on humans especially when exposed to high levels of it. A handful of concerns linked to DEHP include but not limited to testicular effects, toxicity to kidneys, fertility and developmental toxicity. None of these are music to our ears.
