During a tracheostomy procedure, this sterile tube is inserted from the outside of the neck into the trachea (windpipe), providing a passageway for oxygen to reach the lungs. It also helps in maintaining the tracheal stoma open.

High-Quality Construction

DURABLE: The tube has an all-silicone shaft and neck flange construction for added comfort for the patient.
EFFECTIVE: Its silicone body remains soft and flexible up to the trachea, ensuring effectivity and less irritability.
EFFICIENT: This Hyperflex Tracheostomy Tube comes with a clip-in obturator with hollow tip that offers tube changing over a guidewire, a twill trach tie to hold the tube, and a 15mm disconnect wedge.

*This Tracheostomy Tube is only designed for temporary use in the medical facility, and needs to be changed with a proper-length, fixed-neck flange tube.
