The Cando® Instability Ball for MVP Balance System is part of the different color-coded instability balls in the CanDo MVP modular balance system. It is used for knee strengthening, rehabilitation, ankle range of motion, posture improvement, and proprioceptive training. Ideal for use in schools, the gym, physical therapy and rehabilitation facilities.

Instability balls are screwed into a multi-axial board to provide vestibular challenge, and the black instabilty ball is the most challenging. Choose from single or pair, in different levels of difficulty, ranging from X-easy (Yellow) to X-hard (Black).
