BD Interlink® Cannulas have been designed to help implement the safety concept into a modern healthcare setting and improve the workflow via enhanced use convenience. The Cannulas feature dual side ports intended to create turbulence for more efficient flushing of injection sites. Unique tapered tip center-point ensures less resistance during insertion and therefore a better IV access performance. Designed for the use with Interlink® injection site, the Cannulas can also be used with Abbott LifeShield® and B. Braun Safeline® sites allowing greater universality. Clear materials improve visibility, while the distinctive colored alert ring helps the visual assessment to avoid misuse.
