The iScreen Adulteration Test Strips ensures specimen validity. It tests for the most common types of specimen tampering and dilution.

The iScreen tests for nitrates, creatinine, pH, specific gravity, glutaraldehyde, oxidants, and PCC. It semi- quantitatively analyzes a urine specimen for these seven parameters on six reactive pads. It is a simple procedure that gives quick results.

The creatinine test covers dilution or flushing, the most common type of tampering. Nitrites tests a class of chemicals not found in human urine like Klear. Glutaraldehyde tests for chemicals added to like Clear Choice or UrinAid. pH tests for acidic or alkaline adulterants in the urine. Specific gravity tests the sample for viscosity. The oxidants and PCC test checks for added oxidizing reagents like bleach, pyridinium chlorochromate and hydrogen peroxide.
