Kleenspec 590 Series Disposable Vaginal Specula from Welch Allyn have been designed to eliminate the time and expense of reprocessing metal equipment for cleaner, more streamlined and efficient practice.

The inbuilt handle is ergonomically designed and wide-set, allowing for comfortable use and easy manipulation during examinations. The strong structure allows for far greater flexibility than offered by lower-cost alternatives. These disposable specula are designed for single-use, eliminating the time and expense required to reprocess metal specula and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. 590 Series KlenSpec Vaginal Specula are compatible with the new illuminator system (79910) as well as the current illuminator (78810).

The 590 Series Disposable Vaginal Specula incorporates LED technology to provide a crisp white light with no hues, ensuring the acquisition of natural, true tissue colors of examination are. Moreover, the continuous, 30-minut light output is uniform, with no hot spots, and helps realize a thorough patient exam. To ensure patient safety, the LED lamp is securely sealed within the handle. The Specula is assembled with a lithium-primary battery for longer shelf life and enhanced storage flexibility.
