CanDo Knock-Down Pedal Exerciser is portable exerciser designed to improve the circulation and strength of both upper and lower body. It can be used on a table top for hand pedaling or placed on the floor for foor pedaling.

It features an adjustable tension knob which users can utilize to adjust the pedaling difficult. It also has a wide leg spread to ensure stability and comfort with or without shoes. It is safe to use even for people with limited muscle control.

The exercises requires a bit of assembly but all the necessary tools come with the package. As to how to use the exerciser, it's actually pretty straightforward. Users simply need to pedal forwards or backwards.
