Ideal for homes, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities. Each pack is composed of three (3) ready-to-use, 4-foot bands with varying resistance. The lightweight, resistive exercise band is portable and durable. Use alone or with handles and anchors for more exercise variations. Bands are packaged in a polybag for convenience. Band is colour-coded in 7 levels of resistance so you can progressively exercise. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: yellow (x-light), red (light), green (medium), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy), silver (xx-heavy), and gold (xxx-heavy). It uses the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. Each band measures 5 inches wide. Each band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause latex sensitivities.
