The Welch Allyn MicroTymp 4 Portable Tympanometer is a high-quality medical instrument designed to aid medical professionals to diagnose and monitor middle ear conditions and/or problems.

Awesome Design. Built with durable materials, the MicroTymp 4 Portable Tympanometer can withstand daily rigorous use for years to come. It has a 128 x 64 pixels display and has an overall size of 9" L x 4.5" W x 2.8" H. The Tympanometer is powered by a NiMH rechargeable battery pack, can store up to 32 test records and can capture up to 100 recordings on a full charge.

Simple-to-Use and Reliable. Created to be easy-to-use, the MicroTymp 4 Portable Tympanometer features a four-button navigation that supports quick and complete examination in left, right or both ears. It automatically begins recording a tympanogram as soon as the device obtains the ear canal seal. The tests in each ear are done in as little as three seconds making it ideal for patients over six months of age. In addition to identifying otitis media, the Tympanometer helps in the detection of the perforated tympanic membrane, patent tympanostomy, ossicular disruption, otosclerosis, tympanosclerosis, and cholesteatoma.
