The Smiths Medical Mid-Range Aire-Cuf Hyperflex Tracheostomy Tube is a reliable device used to help a patient breathe through an opening in the neck area. During a tracheostomy procedure, this sterile tube is inserted from the outside of the neck into the trachea (windpipe), providing a passageway for oxygen to reach the lungs. It also helps in maintaining the tracheal stoma open.

DEPENDABLE: This Hyperflex Tracheostomy Tube comes with a clip-in obturator with hollow tip that offers tube changing over a guidewire, a twill trach tie to hold the tube, and a 15mm disconnect wedge.
VERSATILE: It can be used even on patients who are obese, and/or with thick neck, bull neck, or trauma.

*This Tracheostomy Tube is only designed for temporary use in the medical facility, and needs to be changed with a proper-length, fixed-neck flange tube.
