This needle is designed with advanced features like ultrasound enhancement and visual indicators to enable operators to perform safer and faster soft tissue core biopsies. The Mission Core Biopsy Needle is available in several gauge sizes from 14G to 20G and lengths from 6cm to 25cm. It’s also available in a kit that includes a compatible coaxial biopsy needle, 10mm adapter, trocar stylet, blunt tip stylet, and depth stop.

Biopsy Made Quick & Simple: The Mission has a penetration depth indicator that lets you preset the penetration depth to either 10mm or 20mm. You can confirm the chosen penetration depth in the indicator on the handle. Once it’s set, the Mission is ready to use for a core biopsy. The enhanced ultrasound visibility of the stylet needle and cutting cannula needle, as well as the ergonomic grip, allows for a fast and easy operation.

Ensures Patient Safety: To prevent the premature firing of the cutting cannula, the Mission Biopsy Needle comes with a Fire Ready Indicator that confirms if the sample notch is fully advanced and ready for firing. It also has centimeter reference markers to help operators stay aware of the needle penetration depth.
