The Quidel Molecular Strep A+G Positive and Negative Control Set is a medical reagent used to check and verify the Quidel Solana GAS Assay Kit that ensures optimal performance.

Reliable and Precise. Made to be used as full process controls, the Molecular Strep A+G Positive and Negative Control Set consists of a highly purified, inactivated mix of bacteria which include Group A Streptococcus and Group G Streptococcus. Each control reagent is designed to be treated as a patient specimen. The Positive Control is made to monitor substantial reagent and cassette failure while the Negative Control is used to detect reagent or environmental contamination by GAS DNA.
