The Edan Nano C5 EXP is a pocket-sized convex ultrasound probe that delivers deep-structure imaging across abdominal, OB/GYN, cardiac, and emergency applications, powered by Edan's SynSight zone sonography platform. It pairs with Android devices via Wi-Fi or cable, making full-featured point-of-care ultrasound available anywhere from the clinic to the field.

DEEP IMAGING WHERE YOU NEED IT

CONVEX PROBE: The 2-5 MHz convex probe (center frequency 3.5 MHz) delivers up to 30 cm of scanning depth, well suited for abdominal organs, OB/GYN, cardiac, vascular, and lung assessment.

SYNSIGHT PLATFORM: Zone sonography processes returning echo data in fewer transmit/receive cycles than conventional ultrasound, then reprocesses raw data retrospectively to produce optimized images with reduced noise.

FOUR IMAGING MODES: B-mode, M-mode, Color Doppler, and Pulsed Wave Doppler cover a broad range of diagnostic needs from structural assessment to blood flow analysis.

AUTO TOOLS: One-touch B/C/PW optimization, Auto Trace, and dual simultaneous imaging reduce manual adjustments and speed up each scan.


BUILT TO GO ANYWHERE

POCKET SIZE, SERIOUS PROTECTION: At 240 g and IP67-rated, the C5 EXP withstands dust, water, and the demands of field and emergency environments, and wipes down easily between patients.

FLEXIBLE CONNECTIVITY: Connects to Android smartphones and tablets via USB Type-C cable or Wi-Fi. Supports DICOM transfer plus local storage in JPEG and MP4 formats for easy sharing and recordkeeping.

LONG RUNTIME: Up to 5 hours of operation (50% scan / 50% pause) with a ~2.5-hour charge time from 8% to 90%, enough for a full clinical shift without reaching for a charger.

CONFIGURABLE CONTROLS: Three user-defined buttons can be mapped to frequently used functions, and the app supports user-defined presets, body marks, measurements, and multi-language display.
