The Nurse Combo Plus is a combination of the Pocket Pal III™ Pocket Organizer Kit and the Adscope™ Sprague Stethoscope with its 9 accessories. Pocket Pal III™ Pocket Organizer Kit. The Pocket Pal III™ Pocket Organizer Kit is a convenient pocket organizer with various sized pockets. It attaches easily onto clothing or a uniform with snaps and hook & loop closures. It includes three instruments; the MiniMedicut™ Shear, a 3 color pen, and the Adlite™ Plus penlight. The main color is white and it is made of washable nylon. It includes a key ring for convenience. The Pocket Organizer measures 6 1/4" L x 4 3/4" W x 1/4" H and weighs 1 oz. Adscope™ Sprague Stethoscope. The Adscope™ Sprague Stethoscope is a 22" double-tubed stethoscope. It features a chest piece drum that is made of chrome-plated zinc. The drum can hold five different chest piece fittings; an adult diaphragm, a pediatric diaphragm, and three various sized bells. It has a valve mechanism that allows for good acoustics and adjustable brass binaurals. It includes an accessory pouch containing the bell chest pieces, chest piece key, 2 spare diaphragms, one pair of mushroom ear tips, and one pair of silicon ear tips. It has an overall length of 30" and it weighs 7 oz. It is latex free. Color Variations. There is a choice of three color variations for the Nurse Combo Plus; Black, Teal, and Purple. The color variation is for the snap closures on the Pocket Pal III™ holster and coordinates with the color of the Adscope™ Sprague Stethoscope.
