The included handrails and uprights are constructed of premium hardwood and a satin finish that will be shipped ready to assemble (R.T.A.). With a choice of either an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliant or Non-ADA Compliant, the One-Sided Straight Staircase has a compact design which allows it to be in any facility with a ceiling height of either 8 ft. or 9 ft. respectively. The One-Sided Straight Staircase has a weight capacity of 350 lbs. and features BriteStep™ which has a Bright Yellow, Hi-Visibility and Hi-Impact 3mm edging for enhanced security and durability.
