    Product Great, Shipping a problem

    Product looks good & works great! Shipping was delayed and a problem; need to allow a LOT of time; even if product is in stock or pay for expedited shipping; we had to go and pick the product up at the terminal in order to meet our delivery deadline after allowing a week (5-6 days).
