The CanDo® Premium 2-Layer Foam Roller is a foam with a dense core wrapped in a comfortable outer layer. It is recommended for Pilates, abdominal and back strengthening or stabilization. Excellent for physical therapy, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Suitable for the gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

This foam roller features a high-density core wrapped inside a 1 1/2-inch layer that is soft and comfortable. It is available in three levels of firmness. Great for exercises for the upper and lower back, calf, glutes, and hamstrings. Firmness level is color-coded for easy identification.
