It can be grasped, molded, and stretched depending on the type of hand exercise. It is used to develop a stronger grip. It is also great to use with tools for more exercise variations. Putty is color-coded according to levels of resistance, in Preferred® Color Sequence ranging from XX-Soft (Tan) to X-Firm (Black).
