easy to install

Just cut two holes, one on each side of the sheetrock wall using the loose flange as a template, put some **** anchors in the wall, and screwed it in place. Nice and secure, works perfectly for what we needed it for. If you don't use the tray that comes with it, you can see a bit into the next room through the gaps in the door. Did have a bit of a time removing the protective film that covered the entire product.

Not Bad

Overall, I am happy with this pass through box, but I do feel it could have nicer finishes on the edges. Once you mount it these edges are no longer an issue but they do reflect poorly on the box itself. I had to change the spring inside to a stiffer one so only one door would open at a time. This took a trip to a local big box store and only cost $2, not the end of the world. 4 STARS

Decent

Good product, pretty excessive adhesive protective wrap on it though. I spent considerably more time picking the plastic off than actually installing the unit.
