It features a non-reflective finish that makes it easily visible under bright surgical lights. Each strand is precision polished to a consistent diameter which allows smooth and secure knotting. The suture is double-armed (has a needle on each side) and has a suture size of 6-0 which is an optimal choice for small vessel repair, grafting & fine suturing on the face and hand/nailbed and general soft tissue approximation.

Because of its absorbable materials, the Sutures can easily be dissolved, with various absorption rate dependent from the site of placement, and taken in by the patient's body over a period of time.
