The CanDo® Shoulder Pulley Set is designed to increase the shoulders' Range of Motion (ROM) and is used to prevent and rehabilitate shoulder injuries. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

Use the shoulder pulley set by simply mounting it to the doorway, either on top of the door or the door jamb. This set has a tuning, handles, swivel-pulley, and an anchor to make your shoulder exercises easier and more convenient. It measures 6" x 3" x 5" and weighs 1.0 lb. It comes in (5) levels of resistance. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: yellow, red, green, blue, and black.
