The LIFE® SoftPac Emergency Oxygen Unit from Life Corporation is lightweight and comes in a soft case with a comfortable shoulder strap. Portable: This oxygen unit features a wall mount hook for simple accessibility in emergency situations, and it is easily portable as well. It is very lightweight at only 6 lbs. Functions: It features an Inhalator to administer supplemental oxygen for breathing victims and a Resuscitator for oxygen CPR for non-breathing patients. It also provides continuous supplemental oxygen after defibrillation. It supplies 40 minutes of oxygen at 6 LPM and uses a 250 liter aluminum "C" cylinder. Simple: A simple 2-step instruction guide on the outside of the O2 system ensures easy and quick use. The cylinder is easily disposable and replaceable, or it can be refilled at a gas distributor. There is a simple on-off valve with a constant supply gauge reading, as opposed to other models that have to be turned on to read the gauge. Select Flow Setting. The LIFE® SoftPac Emergency Oxygen Unit comes with three options for oxygen flow settings. You can choose a 2-setting option with 6 LPM (normal) and 12 LPM (high). The high setting is for AHA recommended 100% inspired O2. The other options are a variable flow of 0 to 25 LPM which is only suitable for trained EMTs and a fixed flow of 6 LPM.
