The Quidel Solana Instrument Startup Kit is an all-in-one medical set designed to simplify workflow and to deliver fast and trustworthy molecular results in an actionable timeframe.

State-of-the-Art Technology. Designed to be a benchtop instrument, the Solana Instrument is a medical device that combines Quidel's proprietary Helicase-Dependent Amplification (HDA) Technology that ensures molecular sensitivity and eliminates thermal cycling for faster result time (30 Minutes). With its hassle-free workflow, the Solana Instrument allows single specimen testing or batching up to 12 tests at a time.

Awesome Construction. Made with a 7" touchscreen interface, the Solana Instrument Startup Kit shows guided operation, customizable settings and reported results. The Instrument has a size of 9.4" D x 9.4" W x 5.9" H and weighs 8.8 lbs. It features four USB ports, bar code technology, an external printer and LIS connectivity. Results can be stored in the instrument or a Flash drive, printed and/or sent to the LIS.
