STBA Sonotrax II Vascular Doppler w/ 3 Working Modes & LCD Display

Edan SonoTrax II Vascular Doppler with 3 Working Modes and LCD Display features compact and ultra-light design, providing a full range of FHR and optional Vascular monitoring of fetus from early gestation thru delivery period. This Fetal Doppler promotes an excellent mobility and is applicable across the applications from general hospital setting to a remote point-of-care scene.

Standard Configuration
SonoTrax Fetal Doppler is assembled with an LCD display that measures 45mm x 25mm and has a backlight function. The unit as well comprises an audio play option and an output for earphone or external recorder connection. The sound volume can be adjusted. Therefore the Doppler facilitates both fetal heart sound detection and fetal heart rate display on the screen. It comes in a set with a waterproof probe and supports 4 MHz, 5 MHz and 8 MHz probes to provide you a variety of fetus examining options. The probe is connected to the main unit via mini USB socket. The Doppler includes a probe detection function that helps to check if the probe has been connected correctly and probe identifying function. Both features efficiently optimize the workflow. The user can easily switch between three working modes that are Real-time FHR , Average FHR and Manual Counting Modes. Low battery detection and auto shut down functions ensure that you are not caught off guard and are always set up for carrying out the monitoring procedure. The main unit weights only 0.7 lbs and measures 1.3” L x 3.5” W x 5.5” H. It comes with a great carry case that allows safe storage and transportation.

Optional Audio Recording Function
Audio recording and playing function allows to record up to 240 seconds and the last sound record is being automatically saved. You can further re-play the record. All the recording and playing procedure can be exerted with the use of simple hot-keys in just a push of one button.

Optional Power Supply
Edan has provided two power supply option for SonoTrax series. Using 2 Alkaline Batteries, you will have enough power capacity for 9 hours working in stand-by mode. Rechargeable NI-MH Batteries provide 8 hours continuous working in stand-by mode and take only 4 hours to fully charge.

Optional Probes

4 MHz, 8 MHz
The 4 MHz and 8 MHz waterproof probes are designed for the Vascular monitoring and provide blood flow in veins and arteries detection. The probes feature 4.0 and 8.0 MHz frequency correspondingly. The probes vary in frequency from lower to higher to provide you with a choice to better suit your requirements. The 4 MHz as a vascular probe with the lowest frequency features the deepest penetration level and best suits for examining blood vessels. The 8 MHz vascular probe provides the highest resolution and wider detecting range out of three. It is intended for examining surface vessels.
