The Exel Specialty Use Hypodermic Needles is designed for the rapid delivery of fluids or when the substance injected can’t be injected. It can be used for taking liquid samples like blood from veins in venipuncutre. There are multiple locations for the injection being the most common is the arm.

These hypodermic needles are super thin and have a hollow tube w/a sharp end which has a small opening at the tip.

Such product serves an integral role in doing research in which sterile conditions are optimal requirement. It’s because hypodermic needle reduces contamination to zero during the inoculation of sterile substrate.

Hypodermic needles are capable of reducing contamination primarily for a couple of reasons:

Its surface is so smooth that it prevents airborne pathogens to be trapped between the needle’s surface irregularities.
The surface of the needle is extremely sharp which eliminates gap from the remaining hole after it punctures the membrane and prevent microbes bigger than it to contaminate the substrate.
