The Exel Stainless Steel Surgical Blades are made from top-grade British stainless steel and Swiss carbon steel that’s thoroughly tested to zero out blade breakage. The manufacturing of product takes advantage of computer controlled polishing, sharpening and grinding to ensure an even and smooth incision property. Before a product is packed, it’s is sterilized via Gamma Radiation of at least 2.5 M-RADS with sterility lasting for 5 years (assuming that the packaging is left intact). The integrity and quality of each of this Stainless Steel Surgical Blades is well preserved using VCI or Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor paper lining and aluminum foil peak pack on packaging.
