DEPENDABLE: This Harloff Drying Cabinet is constructed with heavy-duty steel material, has tempered-glass, hinged double doors for easy visibility of stored instruments, removable drip tray for simplified cleaning, a medical-grade electrical system, and standard dimensions of 93"H x 24"D, providing a spacious area for easy hanging and retrieval of scopes.
DEFAULT DRYING: The cabinet features a positive pressure redundant fan system with upper intake fans and lower exhaust fan, wherein inside air is replaced 4 times per minute, ensuring consistent airflow for optimal drying. It has a default 90-min runtime, can be adjusted from 10 to 180 hours, and activates automatically each time the cabinet is closed, streamlining infection control protocols.
UNIQUE DRI-SCOPE AID SYSTEM: The Dri-Scope Aid System is a unique cabinet accessory that allows effective and quick drying of the whole internal lumen/channels of a scope device. It features automatic high-pressure shutoff, visual purge time display, continuous venting cycle for overnight storage, self-adjusting pressure regulation, and universal compatibility with major endoscope brands.
INNOVATIVE FILTRATION: A medical-grade HEPA filtration system captures 99.7% of particulates as small as 0.03 microns, maintaining a contaminant-free environment. This HEPA filter can easily be replaced without requiring scope removal, minimizing equipment handling and downtime.
Flexible Designs for your Needs
CART WIDTH & CAPACITY: Harloff features model variations that differ in their width - 24"W and 30"W cabinets have two (2) intake fans and one (1) exhaust fan, while the 36"W and 44"W options have three (3) intake fans and two (2) exhaust fans. Each cabinet has an adjustable mounting system that holds 6 to 16 scope capacity - depending on the model.
CABINET MATERIAL: Two options are available, heat-sealed powder-coated low carbon steel which is used for general storage of scopes in any area of the facility, or stainless steel which is rust/corrosion resistant and can be placed in high-moisture and sterile areas.
LOCK OPTIONS: Users can select from multiple locking options, a latch for quick open access, a standard key lock with 2 keys, an electronic pushbutton lock, or an electronic keypad lock with proximity reader.
