The Terumo SurGuard3 Safety Needle is designed to prevent needlestick injury with a special locking mechanism. For extra protection an audible device indicates device activation.

The needle is super easy to use with one handed activation. It features a standard hub that fits all luer lock and luer slip syringes. The streamlined sheath is sleek and thin. The needle is great for low angle injections with a bevel up and sheath right needle orientation.

The ratchet mechanism allows for easy positioning of the sheath without blocking the injection site. The needle is available in many sizes from 18G to 30G.
