The Siemens Diagnostics Sysmex CS-2500 is a fully automated benchtop hemostasis analyzer built for mid-to-high volume labs that need routine and specialized coagulation testing (PT, APTT, fibrinogen, factor assays, and aggregometry) on a single platform. It combines cap-piercing sample handling, multi-wavelength optical technology, and onboard QC documentation to keep results accurate and workflows uninterrupted.

ACCURATE RESOLUTS, BUILT INTO EVERY RUN

MULTI-WAVELENGTH DETECTION: Automatically selects the optimal wavelength per test parameter, reducing the impact of lipemia, low fibrinogen, and other interfering substances on results.

HIL INTEGRITY CHECK: Screens each sample for hemolysis, icterus, and lipemia before analysis and flags questionable results, so only reliable data gets reported.

FOUR DETECTION METHODS: Runs clotting, chromogenic, immunological (turbidimetric), and aggregometry on one platform, covering both routine and specialized coagulation parameters.

CLOT WAVEFORM ANALYSIS: First and second derivative waveforms support research use in evaluating coagulation function in bleeding disorders, including Hemophilia A and B and bypass therapy monitoring.


WORKFLOW AND COMPLIANCE WITHOUT THE BOTTLENECKS

CAP-PIERCING SAMPLER: Handles capped and uncapped tubes and cups on the same rack. No manual decapping, less prep time per run.

40 ONBOARD REAGENT POSITIONS: Cooled at 10°C with five additional buffer slots and continuous loading capability so analysis is never interrupted for restocking.

OPERATION LOG WITH AUDIT TRAIL: Records every instrument activity (user logins, maintenance tasks, reagent changes, and setting updates) with timestamps and user IDs.

ONBOARD MAINTENANCE TRACKING: Automated checklist documents daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance procedures to support laboratory accreditation requirements.
