HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN: This T4R Cross Trainer is constructed with a wide recumbent seat, supportive and stable foot pedals with deep heel cups, firm handles with rubber hand grips which can be adjusted up to 15", and a grab ring and StrideLock for added support during usage.
COMFORTABLE & ADJUSTABLE SEAT: Its seat can be rotated up to 360-degrees, with 45-degree locking interval, for easy access on and off the equipment, and can be adjusted forward and backwards, up to 15", to allow effective positioning for the user. It also comes with a padded contoured back and a flip-arm support.
USER-FRIENDLY FEATURE: It comes with an easy-to-read display console, has a simple, one-button quick-start and reset, auto on/off function, data export feature via USB, and offers user-controlled step length and smooth resistance system with 1 - 10 levels.
SELF-POWERED: This T4R Cross Trainer does not require plug-in, and is powered by 4 AA batteries (included) or NiHM rechargeable batteries (sold separately). It offers quiet belt drive, low inertia start-up, and instant free coasting start and stop action for added safety.
