The NuStep T5 Recumbent Cross Trainer is a reliable equipment offering lower body workout, ideal for physical therapy, rehabilitation, or training. With its ergonomic design, this exercise bike can accommodate patients with a height range of 4'6" - 6'7", and offers smooth exercise motion that is easy on the joints, making it essential for home use, fitness training centers and rehab facilities.

High-Quality Construction

HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN: This steel T5 Series Cross Trainer is constructed with a wide recumbent seat, supportive and stable oversized foot pedals with deep heel cups, and an overall low step-through design. It comes with firm handles with rubber hand grips, which can be adjusted up to 18" and rotated up to 40-degrees, grab ring and StrideLock for added support, and is designed with a water bottle holder for convenience of the patient.
COMFORTABLE & ADJUSTABLE SEAT: Its seat can be rotated up to 360-degrees, with 45-degree locking interval, for easy access on and off the equipment, and can be adjusted forward and backwards, up to 18", to allow effective positioning for the user. It also comes with a flip-arm support, and a padded contoured back which can be reclined up to 10-degrees.
WARRANTY: This exercise bike has Limited 10-year warranty for its frame, 5-year for its parts, and 1-year for labor.

Dependable Functions

USER-FRIENDLY FEATURES: It features a large colored LCD display, has simple quickstart and smooth easy-to-navigate menu options, data export feature via USB, and has reliable resistance system with 1 - 15 levels. The standard T5 model has 8 workout programs, while T5XR & T5XRW both have 13 workout programs in their system.
BUILT-IN TRACKERS: Contact heart rate monitor is equipped in the seat handles, to ensure proper tracking, for the user’s health and fitness goals. This equipment also has data tracking of progress of up to 200 users.
SELF-POWERED: This T5 Cross Trainer does not require plug-in, and is powered by 4 AA batteries or NiHM rechargeable batteries (sold separately). It offers quiet belt drive, low inertia start-up, and instant free coasting start and stop action for added safety.
