DURABLE: This Harloff Drying Cabinet is constructed with heat-sealed powder-coated low carbon steel, has tempered-glass, hinged double doors for easy visibility of stored instruments, and a removable drip tray for simplified cleaning.
DEPENDABLE: It features a medical-grade electrical system, comes with a key lock with 2 keys for added safety, and has standard dimensions of 93"H x 30"W x 24"D, providing a spacious area for easy hanging and retrieval of up to 5 TEE scopes.
DEFAULT DRYING: The cabinet features a positive pressure redundant fan system with two (2) upper intake fans and one (1) lower exhaust fan, wherein inside air is replaced 4 times per minute, ensuring consistent airflow for optimal drying. It has a default 90-min runtime, can be adjusted from 10 to 180 hours, and activates automatically each time the cabinet is closed, streamlining infection control protocols.
INNOVATIVE FILTRATION: A medical-grade HEPA filtration system captures 99.7% of particulates as small as 0.03 microns, maintaining a contaminant-free environment. This HEPA filter can easily be replaced without requiring scope removal, minimizing equipment handling and downtime.
