The CanDo The Adjustable Cuff Ankle Weight features weight inserts that are placed on the ankle for progressive physical therapy or rehabilitation. You can easily adjust the weight by reducing the number of inserts. It is highly recommended for use in physical therapy. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

The ankle weight comes with pre-inserted weights for convenience. The user has the option to remove them and replace them with a more appropriate weight insert to create a personalized fitness program. It comes with a hook/loop strap with D-ring closure that fits perfectly on the ankle. Padded interior ensures comfort during use. The weights are color-coded to ensure that users are able to identify the right weight easily.
