The Dynarex Transparent Island Dressing is an easy to apply adhesive dressing made to prevent infections and scabbing. Its transparent film combined with an absorbent pad to form an ideal wound restorative environment.

Highly Absorbent. With its sterile dressing, The Dynarex Transparent Island Dressing provides a protective barrier against water, dirt and germs. It absorbs exudate and doesn't stick to the wound surface which hastens the speed of healing.

Desired Protection. The island dressing is semi-permeable which allows the skin to breathe and is a great choice to use for IV sites, wound care and surgical site protection. Since it doesn't adhere to wound surface, it reduces the discomfort and irritation during dressing changes.
