The CanDo Tubing with Handles - Full Body Set is a 3-piece portable and lightweight exerciser that is used for strengthening and conditioning for a total body workout. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

Foam-covered rigid handles are firm yet comfortable to hold. This tubing exerciser is lightweight and portable so you can perform strength training workouts anytime, anywhere. Each set has three (3) lengths: 18”, 36” and 48 inches. Length refers to measurement of tubing from end to end when it is laid flat. It uses the Thera-Band® color sequence with seven (7) levels of resistance. Levels are arranged in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver. CanDo Tubing with Handles™ is made of natural rubber latex for superior strength and performance. However, it may cause allergic reactions to those with latex sensitivities.
