BD Vacutainer® Complete Urine Collection System uses an evacuated closed system that provides proper urine collection and sample maintenance solution. This system is ideal for busy healthcare settings that require high patient care and a quick and simple alternative. Excellent FeaturesVacutainer® Complete Kit includes collection cup with screw-cap that reduces the risk of leaks and sample contamination. When using the closed system, leakage, pouring off, and wet areas are avoided. Urine can be easily and safely transferred to one or more tubes without exposure of the specimen using the convenient integrated transfer device. This system also includes two urinalysis tubes. The Plus Plastic C&S Preservative Tube features 4.0 mL, 13 x 75 mm in volume and size. The additive C&S tube solution ensures the preservation of test sample for up to 48 hours at room temperature. It successfully prevents the overgrowth without causing the toxicity to existing pathogens. For enhanced safety the product is plastic and Mercury free.
