The Val-u-Band® Berry Colors® Exercise Band is a cost-effective exercise band that is used for a variety of upper and lower body exercises. Ideal for homes, gym, clinics, therapeutic centres and other healthcare facilities.

The Val-u-Band® boasts of the same superior performance and feel of CanDo® exercise bands. It comes in a dispenser box for portability and ease of use. Each band measures 5 inches in width Each band is made of high quality, natural rubber latex. Band resistance is colour-coded in Berry colors with resistance levels from ranging from 0 to 7. Levels/colors are arranged from the least to greatest resistance: pear (0), peach (1), orange (2), lime (3), blueberry (4), plum (5), mushroom (6), and pineapple (7).
