It features an automatic needle retraction, directly from the patient into the barrel of the syringe when the plunger handle is fully pressed. This mechanism technically eliminates the exposure of the clinician from the contaminated needle, which highly reduces the risk of needlestick injury, and gives a great comfort to the patient. Each VanishPoint Tuberculin syringe has a standard capacity of 1mL, and a clear and bold markings to allow accurate dosings of the medication.
