The CanDo® Wobble Ball is an excellent exercise tool that is used for vestibular stimulation, core training, and general balance exercises. Good for use in physical therapy and rehabilitation in clinics, schools, and fitness centres.

The Wobble Ball is used in a variety of exercises. For vestibular activities, you can sit, kneel, or use it as a rocker board with the curved side down. Turn it over and you can use the Wobble Ball for core and other strengthening exercises, or simply for balance improvement. Easily adjust the level of difficulty by adding or removing air from the ball. It measures 18" x 8" x 18" and weighs 5 lbs.
