Yellow SunShield 100 Coverall with Bound Seams and Attached Hood

SunShield 100 limited use coveralls from Sunrise Industries have been designed to offer the same functionality and barrier holdout as the DuPont Tychem QC range, but at a far lower cost.

Strong: SunShield 100 fabric is created by spin-binding a continuous filament of polypropylene, resulting in a non-woven material with innate barrier protection and a high tensile strength in all directions. This is then coated with a unique polyethylene barrier film to give the material enhanced chemical protection and help it resist abrasions.

Protective: SunShield 100 coveralls offer barrier protection against a range of chemical challenges. They provide excellent dry particulate holdout and reliable protection against chemical and liquid splashes.

Bound seams: Bound seams seal the raw edges of fabric between another strip of SunShield 100 fabric. This provides extra strength and durability and reduces particle shedding. It also provides extra protection against fluid penetration.

Attached hood: These SunShield 100 coveralls feature a respirator-fit hood for optimal safety. They are also available with attached heavy-duty, slip-resistant non-skid boots to give maximum safety and confidence to the wearer.

Easy-to-wear: These coveralls are available with elasticated wrists and ankles (when not purcahsed with attached boots) for a more secure fit and increased protection from contamination. They also feature a front zipper.

High visibility: These SunShield 100 coveralls are available in yellow for high visibility, particularly against natural backgrounds.
