Its unique design mimics the natural curve of the spine. With continued use, it can improve posture and relieve discomforts such as headaches and muscle spasms. The Back Stretcher is easy to use. Simply recline and align the spine with the indent in the middle of the stretcher. Maintain this position for five minutes to support back muscles. It measures 23" x 11" x 16".
