The Detecto DP Digital Precision Balance Scale is ideal for weighing high volumes of food items, soil samples, asphalt samples, or chemicals in laboratories weighing up to 15 KG or 30 KG. It is accurate to 50 milligrams and has a 13" x 10" stainless steel platform. Weights are displayed on the 1 high LCD screen with a blue backlight. It has an RS232 serial port for printer output.

Designed for a variety of use, the Detecto DP Scale can weigh in 17 units: grams, kilograms, metric carats, avoirdupois pounds, avoirdupois ounces, troy ounces, avoirdupois drams, grains, penny weight, mommes, hong kong jewelry taels, taels, hong kong taels, singapore taels, tolas, mesghais, and ticals. It is used in measuring ingredients for recipes, baking, and soap making, as well as in inventory counting of parts.

The Detecto DP Scale has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts for up to 20 hours of continuous use when fully charged.
