The Dusoft® Non-Woven Sponges can be used for wound cleansing or as a secondary dressing for extra absorbency. The dressing is less adherent and produces less lint than woven gauze sponges. Therefore, it allows the wound to heal without disturbing the newly formed granulation tissue. It is composed of a rayon and polyester blend which provides fast wicking properties while staying highly absorbent, decreasing skin maceration.
