The Onyx Vantage Finger Pulse Oximeter is an improvement on the world's first Finger Pulse Oximeter, manufactured by the same company. It offers fast and accurate readings of oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate for adults and children. The Pulse Oximeter uses PureSAT SpO2 technology and has been scientifically tested for accuracy on a wide range of patients; even on patients with low perfusion and with darker skin tones. It has been approved by the FDA for accuracy.

The Onyx Vantage comes with a 4 year warranty. It uses two AAA batteries which have a life of 36 continuous hours of operation and up to 6,000 spot checks. The display features a bright, easy-to-read LED in green, red, and yellow and can be read from any angle in a light or dark setting. Green indicates a good reading, yellow a fair reading, and red a poor reading.

The Pulse Oximeter can be used on children and large adults alike and on fingers, thumbs, or toes. It quickly adjusts to accommodate any size. It can accommodate widths of .3" to 1" (8 mm to 25.4 mm). It is very convenient to use, as there is no on/off switch. Simply insert your finger or toe and it will determine your measurements in no time.

The Onyx Vantage Pulse Oximeter is extremely durable and can be used in the most challenging conditions. It can withstand a minimum of 50 drops and exceeds IP32 water ingress testing. It has an automatic on/off feature for conservation of the batteries. It is lightweight and portable, weighing only 2 oz. The Oximeter is lead-free and latex-free and manufactured in the USA.

The dimensions of the Onyx Vantage 9590 Finger Pulse Oximeter are 2.2" L x 1.3" W x 1.27" H. It displays a range of 0 - 100% for SpO2 readings and 18 - 321 bpm for Pulse Rate readings. It uses red and infrared wavelengths. The operating temperature is 23° to 104° F and the storage and transportation temperature is -40° to 158° F. Humidity levels should be 10 - 90% when operating and 10 - 95% when in storage or transportation.
