The Quidel Sofia Strep A+ Fluorescent Immunoassay (FIA) rapidly detects Group A Streptococcal antigens from throat swabs using immunofluorescence-based lateral-flow technology. Samples are analyzed using the Sofia Analyzer, which can be leased from us. See options below.

SIMPLE TO USE: Self-contained test cassettes are easy to use and dispose of. Uses a fixed-volume pipette for precise collection and dispensing of the correct sample volume.

CONVENIENT: Can be stored at room temperature, no refrigeration needed.

RISK PREVENTION: Helps detect acute respiratory tract infection early to avoid serious complications such as rheumatic fever and glomerulonephritis.
