The Quidel Solana RSV/hMPV Assay Test Kit detects and differentiates Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and Human Metapneumovirus (hMPV) viral RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) in just 45 minutes. Samples are processed with the Solana Instrument (sold separately).

MOLECULAR ACCURACY: This test uses RT-HDA technology for isothermal nucleic acid amplification without thermocycling, offering gold-standard sensitivity and giving clinicians confidence in prescribing decisions. It is ideal for confirming negative rapid results.

SIMPLE WORKFLOW: Lyophilized Master Mix reagents are designed for easy rehydration— simply add the processed sample to rehydrate. The compact Solana instrument removes the need for dedicated molecular space or expensive laboratory equipment.
