The Dukal Tech-Med® Plastic Eye Chart is a plastic chart with a non-reflective matte finish designed to measure visual acuity. It is a great choice for optometrists, physicians or nurses to screen people with vision impairment.

The Plastic Eye Chart comes with either Kindergarten, Snellen or Tumbling-E Chart Type. The Kindergarten Chart Type feature shapes like boats, hearts, stars, and circles; the Snellen Chart Type has letters of the alphabet while the Tumbling-E feature different letter E directions.

Available Options

The Dukal Tech-Med® Plastic Eye Chart comes in 22" x 11" in size, 20 ft in length, non-reflective matte finish and various chart types:

  • Snellen (TM3050)
  • Tumbling-E (3051)
