The Detecto Apex Digital Clinical Scale is a reliable, highly durable digital scale with height rod featuring USA-made quality and represents the next generation of digital clinical measurement. Suitable for all medical facilities.

This Detecto physician digital scale has a capacity of 600 lb with 0.2 lb accuracy. Reliable steel construction incorporates an enhanced space-preserving design. It's weighting platform measures 17"W x 17"D x 2.75"H. LCD display shows readings of weight, height and body mass index in large 0.75" high digits. This eye-level digital clinical scale is assembled with 1 RS232 serial port, 1 USB-B port, optional Wi-Fi, and Welch Allyn EMR/ EHR for the ease of connectivity and data transfer. It is powered by 12 AA batteries (not included) or optional AC Adapter.

The Apex Digital Clinical Scale has multiple communication ports for EMR/EHR connectivity and data output to Welch Allyn devices. The Apex features two RS232 serial ports, USB, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity (available on some models); while, the Icon offers a USB port and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity (available on some models). Both scales are HL7 IEEE compliant (standard).
