Returns: Hausman Items are generally made to order, and cannot be returned or canceled after production.

Tiger Medical offers a 30-day return policy from date of shipment only for items which are not made to order, subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge, in addition to the return shipping charges (Items under $100 have a $20 restocking fee). The product must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging.
